We are looking for a highly motivated Finance professional with an affinity for numbers, passion for business and a strong conceptual/analytical mind-set. You will be leading our newly created Finance department covering the COO division as well as our business with External Asset Managers (Intermediaries).
IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Leading the Finance area of the COO & Intermediaries division incl. shaping its vision / strategy and defining priorities
  • Driving Finance / strategic initiatives together with a team of other professionals from the COO & Intermediaries reporting into the CFO division
  • Reporting of financial information to the COO & Intermediaries division (and its management team) along with providing all regular financial reports
  • Driving yearly financial planning / budgeting process as well as regular forecasting process together with various other area in the CFO division
  • Collaborating with the division’s Senior Management team as key gatekeeper for financials as well as sparring partner on strategic questions
YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. Finance, Accounting or Economics, etc.)
  • Several years’ experience in a similar role
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and convincing communication with stakeholders in various roles and functions
  • Be proactive, decisive and act with care and assertiveness
  • Ability to negotiate or design pragmatic and yet effective solutions
  • Willing to drive on own initiative, willing to take responsibility
  • Ability to oversee complexity
  • Distinguished flexibility and efficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure and keep calm in critical situations
  • Requirement for discretion, a diligent approach to topics and trustworthiness
