As a recruiting partner of JobCloud we are looking for you as Head of Business & Corporate Development(a). Join JobCloud and play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth strategy! As the leader in charge, you’ll shape and communicate the company’s vision, spearhead M&A activities and expand their ecosystem to new heights. What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead a business development team of two responsibles for the JobCloud Strategy, M&A and Partnerships
  • Actively participate in the definition of JobCloud’s strategy and the annual strategy process
  • Help the organization execute JobCloud’s strategy
  • Consolidate and report progress in implementing strategy
  • Interface with C-level management and shareholders
  • Pursue and assess M&A and partnership opportunities, build a pipeline also collaborating with other companies within the Jobcloud’s group
  • Active screening of recruiting market on B2B and B2C for opportunities for JobCloud
  • Collaboration in the definition and analysis of high-level company KPIs
  • Alignment of investments with company strategy

  • Manages: 1-3 direct reports

What You Bring To The Job
  • Several years of experience in defining a company strategy in a collaborative environment
  • Proven record in leading or managing M&A projects in marketplaces, permanent placement, HR tech or temporary staffing
  • Several years of significant experience working at a marketplace or in marketplace projects, being able to contribute based on strong experience of industry trends
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build valuable relationships with senior-management and shareholders
  • Experience in company evaluation, business modelling and due diligence management
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and assess new business opportunities
  • Knowledge and curiosity for recruitment industry and for jobseekers
  • Pragmatic mentality and quick to get into new problems
  • Fast thinker, especially regarding interrelations and dependencies between different parts of JobCloud’s business
  • Good communication skills verbally, written and in presentations
