Duties and responsibilities:

• To strengthen Sunrise UPC Digital team, we are looking for the new head of Digital Services within our DigitalOrganization. In this role, you will be responsible for digital transformation and innovation in digital channels, by driving the redesign and execution of new and improved customer journeys. In particular, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Run agile teams (some reporting into you, some virtually allocated to your squad) to build state-of-the art digital customer experience for Sunrise UPC customers
• Lead the design and implementation of Digital journeys, including mapping of user journeys, definition of epics, features and user stories
• Ensure proper resource allocation and build organizational framework to deliver against your roadmap, while managing costs according to budget
• Generate and track tangible quality and efficiency benefits for the company
• Come up with new creative ideas and initiatives to further enhance digital products and maximize value of investment
• Collaborate with other departments needed to implement your roadmap (e.g. IT Delivery, Security, etc.)
• Ensure proper and regular stakeholder management
• Live, teach and promote agile methods across the company

What we look for in an applicant:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar discipline
• Above 7 years of work experience (5 in Digital), including managing multi-skilled teams
• Proven ability to deliver end to end projects in digital area, from ideation to implementation
• Experience in managing agile teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication, storytelling, interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills
• Good Power Point and Excel capabilities
• Entrepreneurial acting and thinking, driven by company business objectives in mind
• Flexibility to handle directional changes with the ability to juggle moving priorities to ensure project success
• Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional soft skills are a must - including the ability to speak to both technical and business concerns
• Digital at heart
• Hands on approach and experimental mindset
• Strong digital customer experience focus
• Fluent in German and English
