Yokoy is an award-winning Swiss FinTech company that leverages Artificial Intelligence to fully automate spend management (expenses, supplier invoices and corporate credit/debit cards) for midsize and bigger corporations globally. With 50 employees and offices in Zürich, Vienna and Munich, Yokoy has big ambitions to expand further within Europe and intercontinentally. In order to achieve these high ambitions and continue scaling our company we are currently growing our strong team of analytical, curious, creative, and experienced marketers. A crucial role in making our expansion a success will play the new Head of Global Field/Expansion Marketing reporting directly to the CMO.

Tasks

  • Build and execute ambitious field marketing strategies and tactics in collaboration with global campaign management (including but not limited to physical and virtual events, webinars, email, inbound marketing, ABM and content syndication) across our different target regions to meet and exceed qualified sales leads targets and to raise brand awareness in all regions
  • Analyze, research new markets and co-develop go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure field marketing is aligned with the global marketing strategy and key regions have agency or internal support to adapt the global strategy to regional demands
  • Oversee all field marketing activities and ensure the material is aligned with brand requirements
  • Build, train, coach and lead a team of field marketing specialists focusing on their countries
  • Gather, analyze and share key insights about the different regions, their needs, personas and customer journeys to help global marketing functions refine their strategy
  • Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure effective account-based marketing practices in the different regions
  • Ensure effective collaboration across marketing and sales roles for regional campaign execution
  • Manage, forecast and report on field marketing budget
Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience driving revenue impact through successful B2B field marketing strategy, lead generation and integrated marketing campaigns with clear goals and objectives to align to sales objectives and support the growth targets
  • Experience in building up, leading and empowering a high-impact (partly remote) marketing team
  • Experience in market and customer research and deriving actionable insights (e.g. personas, regional customer journeys, optimized funnels etc.)
  • Experience in account-based marketing tactics
  • Problem-solver with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, business acumen and the ability to find creative ways to optimize performance
  • Strong understanding of sales-focused marketing as well as our audience of finance leaders
  • You have an obsession for hitting KPIs
  • Willingness to travel, especially when building up an office abroad
  • A no-job-is-too-difficult-or-too-small-attitude
