Clariant’s Performance & Rewards Center of Excellence provides effective solutions in the area of Compensation, Benefits, Grading, Global Mobility and Performance Management based on a global framework of policies and standards.

To continue supporting our global businesses we are now looking for a Head of Global Compensation & Benefits (M/F/D).

Responsibilities
  • Manage the annual Short- and Long- term incentive programs, providing structured documentation and communication plans.
  • Manage and define global recognition framework and global programs
  • Provide expert knowledge on incentive plans to HR community and organization
  • Propose development of company’s incentive systems to stay aligned with strategy and markets
  • Propose compensation packages for executive positions according to Clariant policies and benchmark information
  • Ensure proper support of Executive Committee and Board of Directors in all compensation related questions
  • Oversee the Case Management process, provide training and communication to all stakeholders
  • Support preparation of Annual Compensation Report and AGM
  • Manage compliance with Remuneration Policy & Compensation guideline
  • Ensures annual salary budget process and proposes budget allocation to Regions
  • Organize market benchmarks, review and propose Senior Management salary band adjustments
  • Manage global annual salary review process and execution
  • Manage global benefit framework and global benefit providers
  • Review and monitor local benefit offerings with the global team
  • Develop new benefits offerings with the global team
  • Develop and drive global benefits communication
  • Supervise and set targets for team and provide ongoing guidance and coaching and development
  • Provide input to global HR strategy and manage assigned projects to ensure successful execution
Requirements
  • Graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar
  • You bring a proven track record of leading Compensation and Rewards in an international environment
  • Experienced in direct collaboration with senior leadership with ability to influence strategy development and implementation,
  • Ability to work under pressure in extremely fast paced environment with challenging objectives
  • Experience in industrial environment would be an asset
  • Very good communication skills and team player spirit
  • Excellent command of English and German in written & verbal form
