As we move through organisational maturity from start-up and scale-up, we are looking for a Head of Global Talent Management.This newly created role reports directly to our Chief People Officer, driving our agenda on Learning, Talent & Leadership Development, Engagement and Organisational Performance.


As part of a global organisation, this role can be based in our Boston US, Bidart France or Lausanne Switzerland corporate offices.

Your Mission


As our new Head of Global Talent Management, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering integrated Talent Management programs and strategies that drive employee engagement and organizational performance. This role oversees the implementation and delivery of the SOPHiA’s global Talent Management philosophy. It plays a key role in on-boarding, developing, and retaining people.


Your Responsibilities


Identifying organization’s needs in working with the HR BPs and business leaders to create and implement an efficient Talent Management strategy to achieve people and business objectives.


Define, lead, and implement programs and initiatives in all core areas of Talent Management, which includes onboarding and training, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and career development.


Recommend strategies to address gaps, using organizational development tools to support employee engagement and retention objectives.


Lead, develop and implement organizational development strategies, by providing thought leadership and innovation, that enable the organization to become more efficient.


Design, develop and deploy innovative and high impact talent management programs and to improve the strength of leadership talent at regional and global levels.


Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, including Corporate and Commercial Talent Development experts.

Requirements:

Your Background


Track record of leading the implementation of Talent Management and other strategic HR initiatives


Direct working exposure to leading Learning, Talent Development and Employee Engagement programmes


Previous generalist experience as a commercially focused HRBP would be beneficial.


Minimum 7 years experience in Human Resources, with time spent in a CoE environment in Talent Management.


Demonstrated ability to identify talent development needs and gain commitment from key stakeholders.


Exposure to working in an international or global organisation with knowledge of multiple international cultures


You will demonstrate an ability to balance the varied and complex needs of the business and People Management teams, with proven

We’re working in an office-first hybrid environment, and would expect this person to be at the local site three days PW. This is not a remote hire, but for suitably qualified candidates, there is the possibility of relocation assistance.
