Farmy is the 3rd biggest Swiss actor on e-Food market thanks to its presence in German-speaking Switzerland and the Lake Geneva region. With two logistics centers, in Zurich and Lausanne, we deliver throughout Switzerland a range of 14’500 products, the majority of which are fresh food received the same morning from regional producers. In parallel we are currently setting up Farmy Solutions.

A new business unit with the declared aim to monetize Farmy’s IT & SAAS components by selling those to e.g., brick & mortar players around the globe to help them to go online. This is a new organization we are currently setting up. Until now we did not have a dedicated HR person and interviews etc. have been done personally by single managers. We now want to set up a professional HR & Recruiting department and are looking for an experienced professional.

Aufgaben

You will be responsible for setting up and leading Farmy’s HR
department, defining
its strategic objectives and managing all HR aspects for our Swiss, Spanish and German locations:

  • Responsibility for all aspects related to HR strategy and day-to-day
operations globally

  • Collaborate closely with Farmy’s business leaders to align Farmy’s HR
practices with the company’s overall objectives, culture and values

  • Design and implement a professional employee lifecyle, with a strong emphasis on recruiting and onboarding
to support our growth

  • Define the requirements and implement a human resources management
system

  • Roll out HR policies that are aligned with Farmy’s culture as well as
legal requirements

  • Help us continue to engage our employees and play a key role in making
Farmy an amazing and motivating place to work

  • Reinforce Farmy’s attractiveness to potential candidates on the job
market

  • Handle employee issues and labor law topics as they arise, supported by
legal counsel where necessary

Qualifikation

  • General:
- Respective professional experience in a top-level company in the digital industry
- Degree of a top university
- Language: English, German and French
  • Stress management and multitasking:
Strong resistance to stress and ability to carry out several tasks simultaneously and
to organize one’s priorities
  • Management:
Proven experience in management. Managerial AND leadership skills knowing how to motivate your team and lead by example
  • Management by KPIs:
Strong understanding of KPIs and analytical mind set. trong understanding of KPIs and analytical mind set
  • Start-up profile:
You will be part of a start-up and will have to develop operations with a fast growth. We are looking for someone with passion, energy, stamina, stress resistance and who is not afraid of the unexpected and who has a hands-on-attitude
  • Autonomous:
You will be the only person in charge to head Farmy’s HR department inside the company, but also outside. You will get a lot of support by Farmy’s founders and CEOs and the C-level team, but will need to/have the chance work soon very self-reliantly
