RetinAI is a fast-growing digital healthcare company in Switzerland, Bern, focused on developing healthcare solutions to generate and organize insights and knowledge, enhance clinical diagnostics and pharmaceutical R&D, and improve patient outcomes.To support the expansion of our business activities and to facilitate the growth of our organization and people, we are looking for an experienced and well-rounded Head of HR (80% to 100%) to complement our team.
Our objective is to nurture our company culture and grow our organization and people in line with our strategic growth plan. The ideal candidate should contribute with a relevant track record in organizational and people development, be firm in managing the entire HR cycle and passionate about facilitating the development of our corporate culture in a dynamic and international setup.
We are looking for people who love what they do, with good communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, able to connect the dots and to contribute with their experience, ideas and opinions to address our business challenges in collaboration with the team.
The preferred working location is Bern, Switzerland, where the company HQ is located, but we are strong supporters of mobility, flexible working models and work-life integration!
Requirements
Things you will do:
You will work in a dynamic environment where your contributions have an immediate impact on the day-to-day operations, on our people and business partners and on our strategic growth.
HR Strategy, Organization and Culture:
- Drive the implementation of the HR strategy
- Facilitate organizational design to support the business growth plan
- Partner with management to reinforce our growth culture, and to develop the best teams and talent to achieve our business goals
- Design and align employee engagement plans
- Support management and people managers with HR related initiatives and matters.
- Recruit new team members in collaboration with the hiring managers.
- Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Facilitate people development plans, training management and performance appraisal processes.
- Drive compensation management and related processes.
- Manage payroll.
- Continuously improve HR processes and tools.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage the employer branding program.
- BSc degree or certification in business administration, human resources.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in HR Management (entire employee cycle) and as an HR business partner, knowledge of Swiss labor regulations is a plus.
- Solid understanding of organizational, people and leadership development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills at all levels of the organization and with the ability to identify and drive pragmatic solutions across teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to instil organizational change.
- Self-starter with a high level of conceptional, process design and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated success implementing creative, efficient, and user-friendly HR programs and solutions.
- Proficiency in English, good level of German and French (written and spoken).
