Responsibilities:


  • Lead the Key Account Management global organization. Functional coordination of the assigned Key Account Managers and alignment with the regions.
  • Coordinate Key Account Managers in developing the Account strategy plans and follow up on their execution.
  • Accompany Key Account Managers in establishing/managing global multi-level customer Relationship and Strategic Partnership.
  • Develop key account managers and virtual account teams skills. Roll out of the methods, tools and needed business trainings.
  • Participate in Customer Management meetings/reviews, as HQ representative.
  • Organize and drive regular business reviews to support Key Account Managers in their operational business or escalation.
  • Support Key Account Business development and drive Key Opportunity qualification/selling.
  • Coordinate selected strategic contracting preparation and negotiation, as well as yearly price negotiation.

Job Requirements:


  • Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering and/or business administration.
  • Experience: 10-year experience in Key Account Management/Senior Sales Management with successful track records.
  • Capability to lead, organize and coordinate a global key account management organization including the needed methods and tools. Strong coordination and alignment skills in a global and cross-functional organization.
  • Strong understanding of the Global Account Management success factors, complexity and impacts from both the supplier and the customer sides in technical B2B industries (ideally linked to the connector industry).
  • Strong experience in developing Account strategies and in executing them successfully.
  • Strong experience in organizing, managing, and winning complex global customer projects.
  • Capabilities in solution selling, in negotiating at all hierarchical levels and in establishing internal and external relationship.
  • Senior ability in coaching, building, motivating senior people and teams on an international basis.
  • Ability to adapt style to the audience to understand, motivate, build collaboration and drive towards execution. Cross-cultural sensitivity and experience in working with different geographies. Expected travel: 20%.
  • Energy for the job, copes well under pressure.
  • Fluency in French and English. Microsoft Office, CRM experience an asset.
