Aufgaben

The job:
  • Daily route planning
  • Manage the courier team (about 40 couriers) in constant growth
  • Continuously improvement of quality & process
  • Manage our fleet
  • Manage the pick–up from our suppliers
Qualifikation

Your profile:
  • Stress management and multitasking: Strong resistance to stress and ability to carry out several tasks simultaneously and to organize one’s priorities.
  • Management: Proven experience in management. Managerial AND leadership skills knowing how to motivate your team and lead by example.
  • Lean management: Productivity and quality are the key to our company’s success. It is therefore necessary to be able to identify, analyze and improve all stages of production. A strong understanding of flow management is required.
  • Management by KPIs: Strong understanding of KPIs and analytical mind set.
  • Start-up profile: You will be part of a start-up and will have to develop operations with a very fast growth. We are looking for someone with passion, energy, stamina, stress resistance and who is not afraid of the unexpected and who has a hands-on-attitude.
  • Autonomous: You will be the only person in charge on board and will have to make decisions rapidly. Problem solving is a daily task. You will also be expected to take initiative, propose ideas to the management team and clearly articulate and defend needs and views.
  • Language: Must: French (Mother tongue) & English & German (professional level)
