Manage for the segment Environmental Solutions the global marketing communication via the established offline and online channels, as well as the product portfolio to ensure consistent branding with focus on our market development and innovation portfolio
Create consistent marketing strategies to promote our portfolio and capabilities in our diverse market segments from agriculture to the water industry
Develop content aligned with our marketing strategies to feed our established offline (print) and online channels (e.g., website, intranet, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube) and further grow our reach within our communities
Ensure Omya presence at events and fairs and take care of booth designs and key messages
Keep all marketing documents (e.g., leaflets, brochures, case studies, etc.) up to date
Measure success of our marketing communication and adapt content accordingly
Take full responsibility of annual marketing budget for the segment to maximize return on investment (ROI)
Manage several direct and dotted-line reports

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related areas
5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a B2B environment and/or B2C
Strong marketing background with a profound understanding of digital/online marketing tools and how to adapt the marketing communication to increase measurably the relevance for our target audience
A pragmatic, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset with a drive to deliver success while meeting timelines without compromising on quality
Entrepreneurial spirit, with excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do mentality, combined with an autonomous, creative and self-motivated mindset
Ability to effectively communicate in project teams of diverse cultural and professional background in a dynamic and high-growth environment
Previous experience in working within a matrix organization is a plus
Proficiency in English (both written and oral) is required, as well as good German knowledge is a benefit
