Stridely is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Mendrisio (Switzerland) and manage all marketing activities at European level. In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategies to help fill the top of the funnel within our portfolio companies. You will plan, execute, coordinate and report on multi-channel activities to drive qualified leads for multiple company’s branches.

Responsibilities:

  • Help define the company’s brand positioning and storytelling based on our unique value proposition (tech company created by publishers for publishers) across target countries and audiences
  • Help assess and identify growth opportunities for new and existing portfolio products and strategize marketing, sales, and product programs that can be quickly executed and measured
  • Formulation of a marketing and comms execution plan, including resource allocation
  • Plan, create, execute, and report on marketing campaigns that drive leads and ROI
  • Analyze data to determine campaign and marketing spend efficiency; manage performance tracking of marketing activities for subsidiaries to ensure revenue goals and KPI’s are being met or exceeded
  • Work closely with the Publisher Relations and Sales teams to prioritize subsidiary projects and system needs and secure appropriate resourcing
  • Manage the coordination of month-end marketing reporting meetings with subsidiary stakeholders to track performance, project progress and collaborate on key deliverables
  • Manage the creation of various marketing assets such as: corporate presentations, press releases, corporate website, email content, campaign creation, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing for B2B
  • Prior management of marketing activities and budgets
  • Proven ability to think strategically, problem solve and confidently make decisions based on prior experience and situational awareness
  • Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional project management and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to successfully communicate across all levels of an organization both internally and externally
  • Team-oriented personality
  • Must be fluent in English and Italian

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in the ad tech industry (publisher, agency, ad network)
  • Italian and Spanish speaking is a plus
