Job Description

Responsibility:

Safety, Health and Environment

Know and apply the company regulations regarding occupational Safety, Health protection and Environment
When needed, use safety devices and personal protective equipment appropriately
Report immediately accidents and/or near misses to the Safety, Health and Environment Manager and to the line manager

Team Management

Partner closely with Human Resources Partner on all people aspects
Recruit, Develop, Mentor and train employees to meet deliverables
Create a stimulating environment with an open communication culture
Set clear goals and provide regular performance feedbacks on deliverables and behaviors
Evaluate objectively performances and identify "Talent" and "Low performer"
Oversee day-to-day HR operations with a good knowledge of HR regulations, including Absence and Time Management
Listen team members’ feedbacks and implement corrective actions on issues / conflicts
Recognize high performance and exemplar behaviors in line with our company values. Reward accomplishments, encourage entrepreneurship-respect-team work
Promote delegation of responsibilities and empowerment
