Job Description

For this on-site position at our Geneva office, we are looking for a talented Head of Marketing and Partnership to lead our marketing and partnership team, develop and implement effective marketing strategies, and establish strategic partnerships that will help us achieve our business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, partnership development, and team management in the SaaS industry. You should be extremely hands-on, data-driven and outcome-oriented, with a keen eye for efficiency and precision. This role will report to the CEO.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing
    • Creating and implementing the digital marketing plan in line with overall business objectives.
    • Determining KPIs and building dashboards based on which the Marketing Team needs to execute effectively in the context of larger functional goals.
    • Managing the company’s SEO and ASO strategy: Improving the visibility and ranking of a company’s websites in search engine results pages and discoverability of mobile apps in app stores.
  • Partnerships
    • Identifying, developing and managing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives and provide mutual benefit.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and effective communication.
    • Developing joint marketing campaigns and initiatives with partners, leveraging their networks and resources to drive growth and revenue.
    • Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Using data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness based on ROI and KPIs.
  • Creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.
  • Ensuring we build and maintain a consistent brand image across all our products.
  • Maintaining cohesive communication across all our products and communication channels.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience building, leading, and managing a team.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of success in the SaaS industry.
  • A KPI driven approach, driven by well-thought-out and measurable goals.
  • Understanding of basic web development technologies with the ability to tweak HTML and work with Webflow.
  • Experience working across the full DTC marketing funnel (customer acquisition, conversion and engagement).
  • Strong and proven experience with SEO and ASO.
  • Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Social Media/Viral Marketing, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of strong analytical skills and comfort while dealing with numerical data.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work within or manage a team or even work independently as needed.
  • Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking).
