As a “Head of Nestlé Shop”, you will manage and execute our mission and Nestlé Shop strategy of our 18 Nestlé Shops across Switzerland and lead a team of 90 team members. In this role you will implement our category strategies on the shopfloor and ensure the overall success of our Nestlé Shops by increasing sales, improving operations and develop a service culture.

A Day in the Life of a Head of Nestlé Shop
  • Execute the Mission and the Nestlé Shop Strategy on resources usage, footfall generation, portfolio management, entrepreneurial mindset at all levels, and foster Nestlé brands culture on shopfloor
  • Lead a 90 heads workforce by creating a fruitful environment to reach short and midterm objectives you fixed
  • Develop and train your direct reports to manage performance and success of the strategy
  • Foster the Test & Learn mission with Nestlé Brands, R&D Centers & Nestlé Accelerators’ teams.
  • Align internal categories strategies with retail market requirements as Nestlé Shops are a retail operation in direct competition with Swiss retailers
  • Ensure the overall success by increasing sales, improving operations and develop a service culture

What Will Make You Successful
  • University degree or equivalent
  • 10 years’ experience in managing retail/customer-oriented operations positions
  • Experience in leading a large team
  • Prior project management and/or supervising investments, an advantage
  • National exposure and understanding of the different specificities of the Swiss market
  • At ease with financial KPI’s, deep understanding of a P&L
  • Multi units’ management
  • Fluent German and French language skills are a must
