For a permanent position at our client‘s site, based in Zug, we are looking for an experienced Head of Product Development.

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for creating and developing new products as well as improving existing ones. This includes conducting market research, collaborating with marketing, technical, and manufacturing specialists, and developing prototypes.

Tasks
  • Lead a team of Product managers
  • Creating and enhancing products that fill a niche in the market or allow their clients to remain competitive
  • Determining product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses
  • Supporting development and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development
  • Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive
  • Submitting proposals and designs for evaluation by the project team and management before moving to the next stage
Requirements
  • 7+ years experience in innovative product development within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience as Head of Product Management, Product Engineer or in a related role with leadership experience
  • Solid engineering skills with excellent design knowledge of prototype design processes
  • Familiar with enterprise services and platforms and with previous experience in IoT and Blockchain
  • Good know-how/usage skills of design software within an agile environment
  • Highly innovative person with problem-solving skills and a natural leader attitude
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
