We’re now looking for a talented Head of Product to lead the PM team and drive companies’ product strategy!

What we’re looking for

To support our launch and Alpha development phase, we are looking for our Head of Product to work directly with the co-founders. Your mission will be to lead the development of the products (NFTs marketplace, gaming experience, etc..) and to manage the growth of our Product team. You report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Your Mission
  • Have Product Vision, and build the Product Roadmap, taking into account all the strategic objectives.
  • Create and manage a team of talented Product Managers, make them grow, and build a trajectory for each one of them.
  • You focus on delivering a top-end product value to our community.
  • You work closely with the Marketing team to help position our Products on the market.
  • You structure a clear process to deliver with agility, working closely with the IT team.
  • You’re constantly prioritizing feature requests and finding pragmatic solutions for opportunistic features.
  • You execute the whole product cycle (user research, specs writing, designing wireframes, tracking development, QA, ...).
  • You collaborate with the other departments and manage your squad, to make sure the roadmap moves fast and is delivered with high standards.
About Your Experience
  • Must have +8 years of experience at Product related positions including experience managing a team.
  • Being at ease with cryptocurrencies, NFTs, gaming, and metaverse is a big plus. You must believe in the potential of the metaverse and digital properties (NFTs).
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally. You are comfortable working with all the functions (product, engineering, sales, marketing, legal etc…), and they love to work with you too.
  • You’re obsessed with details and aim at creating the best products and experiences.
  • Pragmatic: you know how to say no and how to justify the choices you make.
  • You always provide solutions or alternatives.
  • You know how to come up with innovations that will make our Products unique and translate a vision into concrete action.
  • You have strong communication, servant leadership skills, and outstanding organizational skills.
The Recruitment process is very agile and fast > a total 3 interviews of 30 minutes each
