The Role

Logitech is seeking an experienced Global Head of Retail reporting directly to the Global Commercial Organisation, Sales head. The Global Head of Retail is part of the Commercial Sales organisation leadership and is responsible for driving the worldwide Retail strategy, managing the P&L and aligning the channel execution with all the geographies.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned Retail channel leader from the enterprise hardware or software industry with expertise in building and reinforcing a dedicated channels strategy in partnership with stakeholders to drive enablement through tools training, incentives, and marketing to support and drive partner sales and services delivery activities. This executive must also be an outstanding leader of people; capable of managing multiple complex projects and initiatives and supporting efforts with a "hands on" style that affords a high degree of personal interaction with the process. The leader should have an entrepreneurial approach and urgency to match their commercial aptitude to drive growth in the Retail channel for Logitech.

  • Responsible for Logitech’s Global Retail vision, strategies, plans, and channel P&L.
  • Drive Logitech’s Retail Strategic Framework and define if additional areas of work are needed to achieve long term vision.
  • Execution of the current key pillars of the Retail strategic framework: (1) Strategic customer engagement, (2) POS Excellence framework and (3) New Retail channel development.
  • Partner across geographical regions and functions to influence the implementations of the perfect Retail solution.
  • Continue to push the global roll out of the existing Retail Programs on key categories and continuously lead updates based on latest market learning.
  • Closely work with the global ETail Team to turn existing channel programs into true omnichannel ready to use solutions for global Retailers.
  • Be the single point of contact internally and externally for all Retail related matters.
  • Be a member of the Global Logitech Sales Lead team.
Key Qualification

We are looking for a special individual with a broad cross section of skills which should encompass the following skills and behaviors:
  • Around 15 years of experience in Marketing / Sales roles with at least regional, ideally global scope.
  • Strength in influencing and collaborating across regions, functions and levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and ease to work with data.
  • This is a global role so a good amount of travelling is required.
  • WIllingness to work both highly strategic and deep into the daily business details to understand key issues.
