Your main tasks



- Personnel and operational leadership of the Business Unit’s Sales Team
- Strategic alignment of the Sales Function with the requirements of Kistler’s Digital Solution Business
- Implement, execute and monitor effective sales action plans, applying the Group’s sales approaches and using common sales methodologies in software sales area
- Implement customer relationship management for defined key customers, aligned with other Business Units
- Effectively collaborate and exchange market- and opportunity-relevant information with other local and global Kistler Teams
- Increase customer intimacy and engage Kistler’s project and product teams where appropriate to capture data-driven business opportunities
- Proactively strive for capturing cross-selling opportunities jointly with other Business Units





Your profile



- Master’s Degree in Digital Solutions Business (IT) or adequate area (e.g. Electronics)
- Proven experience in the area of strategy or management consulting or in a position as Head of Sales with leadership experience in a multinational environment
- Min. 5 years of sales experience in selling end user software / customer specific software solutions
- Strong communication skills in English and German, any other language is an advantage
- Ability to listen, lead and to establish good working relationships
