Your field of responsibility

In your role as Head SRI Performance Management you will lead a team of skilled business and financial analysts with the responsibility of measuring the success of the division and support the management in setting incentives and steer the business to increase its performance. In this role you set-up of a comprehensive framework to measure financial and non-financial impact of SRI, you are responsible to measure SRI impact to the business, across Investment Performance, Content Generation, Client Engagement, Client Activity, Sales and Financial Results and you set objectives and targets for short, mid and long term growth ambitions. Work closely with strategy and business teams to answer complex, high impact business questions and shape the strategic direction of SRI.

Sustainability, Research and Investments (SRI) is a newly formed function in Credit Suisse, with an exciting ambition to accelerate the banks Sustainability and Impact investing capabilities whilst driving incremental revenues via development of outstanding client content and investment products.

You will work in SRI COO Team which sits at the center of SRI. We are a growing team of international professionals and are responsible for shaping the strategic agenda of SRI jointly with senior management. Your skills and experience

We are looking for outstanding individuals that excel in business knowledge, communication and problem solving, with a positive mindset and the ability to read, understand and help steering the performance of the business
  • At least 7 years financial industry experience with a focus on Investment products business management or investment products strategy
  • Sophisticated knowledge of Wealth Management, Asset Management and Investment Banking products, business drivers and market trends
  • Experience in financial analysis and/or business analysis roles are a plus
  • Experience with visualization tools is a plus
  • A dedicated problem solver talent with a can-do attitude, attention to detail and enthusiasm for crafting impactful solutions and success stories
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills – problem structuring, logical thinking and story-lining essential
  • Outstanding influencing and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across different levels of the organization and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and with senior management
  • A history of building effective, collaborative and entrepreneurial teams and ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
  • You should be able to take on added responsibilities as required and become a thought leader and knowledge carrier for SRI
