The successful candidate is interested in leading a team that works on cutting-edge energy topics together with the top management and builds the strategic agenda for the energy future.

What you will do
  • Supporting the Executive Board in development and implementation of the strategy for the Axpo Group
  • Development of the Group strategy and its implementation planning (incl. analysis of the market environment, development of options and the related organizational development, etc.)
  • Further development of sub-strategies and concept development together with the business units & divisions as well as their implementation plan
  • Management of complex strategy projects
  • Lead and develop a passionate team

What you bring & who you are
  • University degree of business administration, engineering sciences, natural sciences, or in a comparable discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in a top tier strategy consulting firm (manager and above level), or successful track record as a line manager in a strategy role within a large corporate
  • In-depth knowledge and track record in the energy industry
  • Very good communication skills with experience in collaborating with senior management and strong leadership capabilities including the ability to influence and reach joint decisions
  • Fluency in English & German
