Oversee and monitor compliance, with a risk-based approach, in accordance with legal requirements and Group guidelines, whilst promoting the Health and Safety subject throughout our 2 strategic sites.CONTEXTThe role of Health & Safety and Environment Manager (HSE Manager) is based in Switzerland over the sites of Meyrin & Bellevue HQ.This position will be the subject matter expert (SME) for all HSE related activities and will be responsible for promoting the Richemont HSE Policy and Group H&S controls. This position is responsible for implementing the sites’ safety program focused on the identification, assessment, and mitigation of HSE risks.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• This position requires thorough Health & Safety and Environment knowledge along with prior experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures. Responsibilities will include coordinating actions over the different sites and interacting with various stakeholders and contracted service providers.
• The role will include establishing and validating concept, recording all HSE incidents within the Group incident tool as well as investigations and putting in place appropriate action plans.
• This position requires setting up relevant working groups and teams within Richemont for the HSE topics, along with making pertinent recommendations to management regarding ways to strengthen and maintain a safe environment.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• You hold a degree-level qualification in a HSE discipline with more than 10 years’ experience in HSE management and leadership.
• You know the HSE Swiss legislation.
• You can analyse data from various sources to identify trends, recommendations, and key insights.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You can adapt and communicate with different types of audiences, at various hierarchical levels.
• You have experience working in large, multi-dimensional and international environments.
• You speak fluently French, and English
