We are looking for a Health & Wellbeing Manager to join our Corporate Responsibility & Branding Team. In this role you will develop and drive Sonova’s global Heath & wellbeing program with the goal to increase employee engagement, productivity and strengthen the Sonova employer brand.

Your tasks
  • Define and drive Sonova’s Global Health & Wellbeing program in close collaboration with relevant HR and Communication functions
  • Develop and implement global measures to enhance health & wellbeing initiatives among the workforce and to position Sonova as an attractive employer
  • Analyze and further develop relevant metrics to better understand the drivers of wellbeing, absence and illness at Sonova
  • Evaluate and improve the health & wellbeing impact of new ways of working
  • Drive awareness on Sonova’s health and wellbeing activities through internal and external communication activities

Your profile
  • University degree in psychology, business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ working experience in a corporate function or consultant role, designing and managing complex global projects
  • Experience in employee health & wellbeing initiatives in an international context
  • Strong project management skills with high reliability and ability to work independently
  • Excellent English skills, German and other languages are an asset
