High-class, English-speaking Nanny – 100% – Meilen

Lampentasche is a specialized nanny agency in Switzerland. Our client has 2 children aged 3 and 5 years old. We are looking for a reliable and flexible nanny who acts extremely professionally and feels comfortable in an upscale environment. It is an amazing role based in the beautiful village of Meilen close to Zurich and the lake. The parents have an international background with an incredible positive mindset. They love the mountains and spend many weekends there. The starting date is ideally mid of August or upon agreement. The family also has a dog.

Tasks

• The working hours are from Monday until Friday (42 hours), on two days the start will be around 07.30 am and on three days around 11 am, one evening should be included until about 11 pm – the final schedule will be defined upon agreement with the nanny and according to the children’s schedule
• The tasks vary from day to day, but it will include maintaining a daily routine, dressing the kids, picking-up the kids from the playgroup (3 times/week) and kindergarten (every day), preparing a healthy and balanced meals for kids, playing indoors, organising outdoor activities, arranging playdates, meeting friends, accompanying to hobbies and occasionally supporting the bath- and bedtime routines
• The kids love to discover the nature, play in the garden/forest, enjoy being active, read books together, do handicrafts in the studio, play fun games, be involved in cooking/baking/emptying the dishwasher and go for a swim in the indoor pool

Requirements

• Highly professional, fun, passionate and empathic personality with a lovely and
  

cordial manner who likes to be part of the family (including a dog)

• Working together with the housekeeper and the mom as a team – agreeing on which solution is the best for all parties involved in the long-term perspective

• Experience in a similar position with kids in the age group 3 years (plus) and confident working sole & joint care
• Swimmer and non-smoker
• Valid driving license is a must, confident driver
• Fluent English skills, German skills are very beneficial; if German would be the main language, then very good English skills are needed
