What are we looking for
In this role, you are responsible to provide general operational and administrative support. This can include the reception, concierge, facility management, human resources, operational and management teams.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support hospitality management with the smooth running of our Villas and Office Buildings, can include special projects as new Villas are added to the portfolio
  • Support in research, evaluation and selection of suppliers, partners and facilities (Villas & Offices)
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail and packages
  • Support planning and coordination of projects and their activities
  • Support sales and marketing activities, including merchandising, internal newsletters, on and offline external communications via social media platforms and company website
  • Greeting visitors, suppliers and partners to the office, ensuring they are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
  • Support concierge service by planning and organizing special requests and activities from clients
  • Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda and minutes
  • Maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transactions
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory for office

You are/have
  • Good inter-personal skills as you will work with different teams and individuals
  • Good organizational and coordination skills, project management and controlling skills
  • Ability to work in an agile way, despite partial/non-finalized information
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to create and provide business intelligence reports
  • Excellent language and communications skills (English, German and any other language is of benefit)
  • Excellent IT skills and digital savvy – Microsoft Office Package, Cloud Solutions, ERPs
  • Creativity – contribute to the business growth and innovation
  • A drivers license is a must to allow you to travel between our facilities
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland (CH-Nationality or EU/EFTA Citizenship)
