CONTEXT

The department is gathering : the mobility, the catering, the events and the business centers located at the Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Principal tasks :

  • Regularly follow the mobility requests (manage the email box and requests registered on the dedicated “Fairpark” platform),
  • Participate to the organization and the setup of events prepared on site,
  • Bring a contribution and an additional vision to the department activities.

  • You will constantly be in contact with our collaborators/ group houses, as part of the mobility plan,
  • You will participate to the company social life as well as the creation of activities,
  • You will participate to the events organization on site,
  • You will be involved in different activities in collaboration with your department and team members,
  • You will have to manage reporting and data.

Additional tasks to develop :
  • Access to different administrative supports,
  • Use of the intranet and other supports of internal communication,
  • Supporting projects or specific missions for the department,
  • Projects and research of activities, cultural social events,
  • Follow up of the generic collaborators requests and consider their needs.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

  • You already have an experience in the luxury hospitality industry or in an international group,
  • You know about mobility in a company,
  • You appreciate the customer contact,
  • You wish to learn, and you are open to innovation,
  • You are fluent in French and English,
  • You are confident with redaction and software programs.

Furthermore, if you :
  • Like the service, and you are motivated by challenges,
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and diversified professional environment,
  • Appreciate interactions with different collaborators within an organization,
  • Have an excellent team spirit,
  • Are comfortable working independently.

Trained to our existing procedures to follow up requests and manage resources, you will progress within the team, and interact daily with different services on site (security, maintenance service, catering, reception, collaborators…) t hen you are the person we are looking for to complete our Hospitality team!
