The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for developing Zenith’s hospitality strategy in order to increase brand desirability while offering a high level of experience and welcome at the Manufacture.

The position will be part of the Marketing team and will require close collaboration with other team members as well as other departments.

The Hospitality Manager will be managing a team of two and focusing on guest relations.

She/he will promote Zenith’s heritage within the framework of an exceptional luxury brand experience for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the hospitality strategy
  • Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of the hospitality department to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards
  • Supervise the hospitality team (receptionist and brand experience manager)
  • Manage the partnership with Neuchâtel Tourism office
  • Identify and develop relationships with VIP clients, corporate partners including banks, travel agencies, hotels in order to develop brand awareness and sales
  • Assist in building an exemplary rule of conduct and measuring visitors’ satisfaction
  • Manage the agenda of the visits and brand experiences at the Manufacture
  • Benchmark market trends
  • Manage the budget of the hospitality department
  • Monitor visits to elaborate reports with ROI and KPIs
  • Manage the VIP clients’ information database for queries and statistics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on special corporate projects

Profile:

You have a master’s degree in Marketing/Hospitality and have proven experience in hospitality management and the watchmaking industry.

You have a strong interest in the luxury industry, and you have a good understanding of the challenges thereof.

You can work within and manage a small team, have good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit. You are known for your diligence, your organizational skills, and your ability to manage projects from conception to operational implementation with internal or external teams. You give close attention to detail and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately in order to offer a premium luxury service.

You have a creative mind and the ability to develop a hospitality strategy that, with the support of your team, will offer the best possible client experience.

You are fluent in English, French, German and have a perfect command of the Office suite (PPT, Excel, etc.).
