As Hospitality Services Assistant Internship, you will be part of the Hospitality team. You will actively, under supervision:

  • Participate in accommodation management and coordination related to staff and participants with key counterparts, using follow-up tools and reporting regularly to the Hospitality Services teams and Project Management.

  • Participate in the organization of the event’s site logistics.

  • Focus on ensuring outstanding customer experience and maximum efficiency of operations, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and teammates.

Qualifications

These are the key qualifications for the role:

  • English is mandatory.
  • A clear understanding in sport events.
  • Organization: demonstrate ability toproactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources.
  • Planning: skilled in determining whether tasks should be attempted, identifying the most effectiveway to complete the task, and preparing to overcome expected difficulties.
  • Focus on the customer: seek to understand the internal/external customer and meet the needs of both the customer and the company.
  • Attention to detail: ensure that data is accurate and work is thorough, meeting the highest standards.
  • Improve continuously: constantly assess and adapt to current practices to perform a task better, faster or more efficiently.
  • Share information: provide information so that coworkers, customers and suppliers understand and can take action.
  • Foster teamwork: work well in a team environment and motivate teams to sustain exceptional levels of performance.
  • Drive for results: work to achieve high levels of personal and organizational performance in order to meet or exceed objectives.



Additional Information

The position is open for a 6 months intership. You are welcome to send us your application together with a motivation letter only if you meet the key criteria for this position and you are eligible for an internship in Switzerland ( internship agreement with a school mandatory).
