For our client, an established Swiss Private Bank, Swisslinx is looking for a Hotline Support Agent supporting the daily business, to join the Bank on a contract for 12 months.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Processing and answering oral and written enquiries from customers and internal customer advisors in German, English and Spanish
  • Analysis and solution of problems, communication and maintenance of the knowledge database
  • Day-to-day documentation and management of all enquiries in the ticketing system ticketing system used for this purpose, including management of pending issues
  • Active collaboration in the optimization and further development of the operational processes in the Service Centre

Required Skills:

  • Several years of experience as a 1st level call agent with a financial service provider or in private banking
  • Commercial apprenticeship or higher education with relevant work experience
  • Fluent in German, English and Spanish (Italian and French would be a plus)
  • User knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MAC OS
  • Online and technical affinity (Internet, Mobile & PC Support), general technical understanding
  • Highly motivated and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Accurate and efficient way of working
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Team-oriented personality
