Then you must be the right talent to join our Human Resources Team as HR Admin & Talent Acquisition Partner!


As HR Admin & TA Partner, you will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and administrative processes.


You will make an impact by:


  • Piloting the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with the manager and the HRBP
    • Defining the need and creation of the job description/advertisement
    • Selecting of the right profiles on our internal tool
    • Conducting the interview process and make recommendation
    • Establishing the offer to the final candidate

  • Managing every aspect of the administrative HR process
    • Establishing all administrative documents throughout the employee’s lifecycle
    • Controlling the payroll and manage the relationship with our group payroll & social insurances entity
    • Being the main point of contact for employees regarding administrative matters

  • Taking care of the integration of new employees
    • In collaboration with the L&D team, making sure every newcomer is well welcomed and integrated (onboarding, induction…)

Your exceptional skills we are looking for:

  • You possess a proven previous experience in Human Resources (Administration and/or Recruitment) – at least 5 years
  • You have strong communication skills which allow you to work/interact with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the organization
  • You are service & business oriented and always willing to deliver a good level of support internally (HRBP, managers, employees) as well as externally (candidates)
  • You are at ease with IT tools (Microsoft suite & recruiting/admin systems)
  • You are interested in our business and curious about your environment
  • You are efficient, results-driven, rigorous, agile and proactive
  • You feel at ease in changing and evolving contexts
  • You speak fluent English and French
