Main responsibilities:
Lead and coach a team of 3 people: recruit, develop and maintain a stimulating environment.

define the objectives, evaluate the performance, support the entrepreneurial spirit within the team

Develop and implement HR regulations, procedures, and policies

Manage HR documents (contracts, certificates etc.) and all activities linked to employee’s administrative life cycle

Be responsible of Time Management processes (experience in implementing a time management tool is a plus)

Supervise payroll management: responsible for all aspects of compliance / regulation / labour law

Ensure pay equity and lead annual salary review and bonus calculations processes in collaboration with HRBPs

Supervise the day-to-day activities of the HR information systems, ensure data integrity and act as a key user

Your profile:
Master’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent educational background

5-10 years of experience in HR Administration, including payrolling and time management activities

Solid knowledge of Swiss labor legislation and regulations

Excellent leadership skills

Fluency in English and French
