Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionateHR and C&B Project Manager, reporting to the HR Director for Switzerland.

This new role will be based in our global company Headquarters in Geneva (Versoix), where the Group Management Team is located, and is part of a dynamic HR team that has impact at both local and international level.

The role will be expected to impact quickly and continue to develop as the business grows.

As HR and C&B project manager, you will primarily focus on our Swiss office/HQ that was established 5 years ago and has been constantly growing since, reaching a population of approximately 70 colleagues on site to-date. The population in scope is mostly executive and senior management level. You will interact very closely with the Group HR organization which is spread across multiple European locations. You will directly contribute to the further strengthening and professionalization of the local HR operations in view of the continued headcount growth expected in the coming years.

Responsibilities

You will be instrumental in the future development of the company by acting as a key project manager and advisor on all C&B and HR project related topics impacting our company HQ.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Compensation & Benefits programs design and implementation, in partnership with external providers as needed.
  • Leading C&B and payroll analytics, with particular focus on executive compensation.
  • Leading broad-scope HR projects in the Swiss HR team, ranging from employee engagement & communications, enhancement of HR processes, organizational & workforce planning and analysis, etc.
  • Leading policy development and renewal for our global HQ.
  • Supporting in country HR operations.
  • Actively participating in global HR projects/programs in coordination with colleagues in other main sites (e.g. Sweden, Spain, France, … etc.)

Candidate profile

Experiences and Qualifications

This role is critical for the achievement of Verisure’s growth and organizational transformation goals.

We’re looking for someone with transferrable HR / C&B / consulting experience.

  • University degree, ideally in an analytical and business-oriented field.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience either in consulting and/or in international HR settings within large and complex businesses, with a focus on C&B and HR operations.
  • Solid understanding of Swiss plans and benefits
  • Swiss HR certificate and/or brevet is a plus.
  • Fluent English is a must, French is highly desirable, other languages will be a plus.
