About the Role:

We are hiring a motivated and committed HR Assistant 60%-80% temporary for 6 months at our Ferrero Switzerland office in Zug.

Your daily job would be to support the Employee Life Cycle operations according to the business needs and legal regulations for Switzerland and Austria. You will handle local requests, follow policies and procedures to facilitate continuous improvement of HR and General Services locally.

Main Responsibilities:

Independent recruitment

Responsible for the on- and offboarding processes

Maintaining and updating employee data in SAP

Updating the organizational charts

Assistance with the Annual Salary Review

Assistance with the preparation of the budget and annual financial statements

Maintaining and improving personnel processes independently and support the internal and external communication of the personnel department

Independent Time Management for Switzerland

Support organizing Christmas party and Family Day

Support ’well-being’ activities

Who we are looking for:

HR or commercial education

At least 2 years work experience in an international environment

HRIS and SAP HR experience

Fluency in German and English (this is a must)

Knowledge of Swiss labor law

Quickly adapt to new tasks and situations

Easily organize the daily routines

Result oriented

Detail oriented

Team-player
