As a core member of the local HR team in the Electrification Smart Buildings division, based in Switzerland, you actively provide on-location HR support to employees and managers.

Together you ensure effective and sustainable workplace relations and performance in close collaboration with your country HR network. You will be accountable for the planning and execution of projects from HR perspective, ensuring that all related activities are executed in accordance with both state-of-the-art HR practices and company procedures, project objectives, applicable quality standards, cost, and scheduling targets.

In this role you will translate business goals into HR priorities and ensure effective implementation in the local division.

Your responsibilities
  • Establishing strong relationships with leaders by providing assistance and guidance in HR matters
  • Further developing and implementing strategy and plans related to the ongoing change management in the local division
  • Ensuring that people and organizational capabilities required in the medium to long term are clear and acted on
  • Applying in-depth Business knowledge to support and coach Managers implementing necessary measures and actions to facilitate change, including communication, reorganization, performance management, motivation, recognition
  • Interpreting HR analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics, trends and issues, and utilizing findings to specify and carry the relevant actions
  • Representing HR in the wider business,
Your background
  • Minimum 3-4 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams
  • Trusted Advisor, with strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills to work, interact and coach effectively leadership and people at all levels of the organization
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • A university degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business or equivalent
  • Fluency in German
  • Fluency in English
