Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence employee experience in various people processes like onboarding, performance management, development, recognition and offboarding in partnership with the business
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and value-added delivery of HR services following a customer-centric approach
  • Provide HR partnership and coaching to managers and employees
  • Support the monthly payroll cycle in various markets, administer HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and other personnel files and promote local digitalization efforts
  • Proactively identify and mitigate any conflictual, performance or behavior-related situations
  • Participate and support local, regional, and global HR initiatives aiming at the continuous improvement of the HR function, processes, and services
  • Provide data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs. Participate in projects as an integral member of the extended HR community
  • This is a broad HR role, focusing on excellence in delivery of regional HR Services, spanning numerous European countries, ensuring continuous improvement, harmonization of local policies with the global process design in partnership with other internal customer groups
  • Support HR internal controls. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate internal controls and audits are in place

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
  • Swiss federal diploma in HR (or equivalent) or university education in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in core HR role
  • Languages: business fluent in English and German is a must, any other European language very welcome
  • Workday competency is an added advantage
  • Required Competencies: Data judgment, Employee experience orientation, Negotiation, Persuasive communication, Timely problem solving, managing performance, Situational judgment, Developing talent, Relationship management, Interview savvy, Coaching, Startup working experience is an added advantage
  • Solid knowledge of Switzerland labor law, particularly the organization’s legal obligations in employment matters
  • Strong professional ethics; a sense of initiative; ability to work in a dynamic environment while respecting deadlines
