In this new position you report to the Head of Global Human Resources and are a member of the HR management team.

HR Business Partner

Your tasks
  • First point of contact for managers on all HR issues in the group divisions Production and Logistics/Customization
  • Supporting employees and managers throughout their entire employee lifecycle
  • Sparring partner to the line management in strategic and operational HR processes
  • Leading challenging conversations with employees
  • Implementation of the HR strategy and running change management processes
  • Leading HR-Projects
  • Collaboration with the HR services team

Your profile
  • Higher education in human resources
  • Several years of sound experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environment
  • An open-minded, motivated, and service-oriented person who advises competently and implements with determination
  • Analytical, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent communication and social skills as well as assertiveness
  • Fluent in English and German
