You will join the HR department and play a key role in supporting the business on major human resources topics. You will act as a single point of contact for the managers and the employees’ part of your population.

How will you make an impact?

You will be in charge to build employee and organisational excellence managing day-to-day HR operations, driving and embedding People strategy and providing HR guidance to support the achievement of business objectives.

You will report to the HR Director and will work with other senior leaders to integrate the human resources function within the overall business strategy and act as a trusted adviser on organisational structure and effectiveness.

You Will Act As a Business Partner

  • Ensure business and staff proximity establishing trustful relationships being present on the ground with the Managers
  • Provide advice and coaching to managers and employees on HR related matters
  • Along with managers and the controller, manage budget allocations, latest estimates and accruals of staff costs and benefits plans
  • Lead and coordinate the annual performance management process
  • Manage the compensation review process in accordance with the allocated budget and the company reward philosophy

Drive Operational Excellence And Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to promote HR best practices
  • Manage specific projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives

Ensure sharp talent attraction, acquisition and capabilities across the organization:

  • Facilitate recruitment strategy, ensuring the talent acquisition process reflects our values and guiding principles. Partner with Hiring Managers in attracting, recruiting and hiring candidates whose talent, competencies and experience supports the business needs and desired requirements of the position, ensuring the candidates’ fit in the group and not just the brand.

Proactively Support People Development Across The Organization

  • Proactively work with managers to identify and develop talent for succession planning;
  • In close collaboration with our L&D manager, provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards;

How will you experience success with us?

You have minimum 5 years as a HR Business Partner with a University degree in HR or relevant field.

You know HR best practices and have a demonstrate strong business acumen, a comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy.

You have the ability: to engage, motivate and influence people; to reach consensus despite differing goals and priorities; to manage ambiguity, risk and changing direction of projects and strategies; to work in high-pressure situations that require sound decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters.

You are an effective team player; excellent in problem-solving, have a critical thinking and analytical skills; with good project management skills, particularly with respect to organisation, prioritization and time management.
