Tasks
As an HR Consultant, you will independently be responsible for a subdivision of SWISS and will provide comprehensive support and advice to line managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Holistic consulting and support for line managers in your area of responsibility in all operational and strategic HR matters
Close cooperation with line managers, represent the HR perspective to line meetings and a strong presence in the respective subdivision
Further development of concepts in crossfunctional collaboration with HR interfaces (e.g. Compensation, Employee Experience, Labour Relations) as well as line representatives
Lead and coordination of development talks and performance/talent conferences
Implementation of disciplinary measures as well as consulting and mentoring in conflict management situations
Assurance and optimization of legal requirements from the collective labor agreement (CLA) as well as internal guidelines and labor law framework conditions

Requirements
University degree, preferably in the field of Psychology or Business Administration with focus on human resources/social sciences or comparable in-depth HR education
Several years of professional experience as HR Manager/HR Business Partner/HR Consultant preferably in a multinational company
Sound knowledge of HR-relevant processes, good knowledge of Swiss social security, tax and labor law
Pronounced consultancy skills, diplomatic attitude and trustworthyness
Strong communication skills in German and English
Ability to find pragmatic solutions combined with entrepreneurial thinking
High degree of independence and assertiveness
