Then you must be the right talent to join our HR team as HR Controller !

(one year fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave)


You will report to the HR Director, work closely with the Finance and HR teams and be the main contact person for HR planning, company-wide personnel cost & FTE controlling.


You will make an impact by:

  • Overseeing the rolling forecast & budget process and animate the process for staff costs & headcounts
  • Producing the annual budget and forecasts, reporting any significant budget differences and discrepancies to Finance
  • Performing various tasks related to financial closures
  • Analyzing and challenging the staff costs and monthly headcount evolution for the HQ and Manufacture
  • Ensuring global HR data accuracy and monitoring all HR-relevant KPI’s
  • Contributing to the annual salary review exercise (e.g. analysis, consistency check, co-validation)
  • Supporting HR managers in diverse projects
  • Validating workflows for suppliers, purchase orders and HR invoices
  • Supporting internal and external audit and providing needed HR information

Your exceptional skills we are looking for:

  • You graduated preferably in Business Administration, Controlling or Finance
  • You have a proven track record of managing, budgeting, and reporting experience in HR controlling
  • You have excellent business applications skills - Microsoft excel, Power Point and several years of experience with SAP
  • You are able to understand and act in a complex, multicultural and changing environment
  • You are analytical minded, with an eye for detail and solution driven
  • You are energetic and willing to support the business to the best of your capacities
  • You are proactive, innovative, curious, audacious, resilient, flexible and agile
  • You possess a high level of ethics and values standards and a strong sense of confidentiality
  • You are fluent in French & English (oral and written)
