We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Coordinator EMEA to join our HR team. The HR Coordinator EMEA will have the opportunity to work in multiple areas of Human Resources for the respective region. This especially includes onboarding of new employees, HR administration of all recurring HR processes and the maintenance of local HR policies and systems. This position reports into the HR EMEA and is predominantly supporting around 160 Employees across EMEA

Responsibilities
  • Provide, support and guidance to managers and employees on day-to-day HR issues, across the EMEA region, in line with ACRONIS guidelines and policies
  • Build effective relationships with the global HR teams and managers to deliver best in class service
  • Assist with administering new immigration cases, relocations and visa extensions
  • Preparing personnel files and ensuring they are updated at all times
  • Checking on appropriate work permits – raise concerns with appropriate HR Managers
  • Supporting the Senior HR Manager and HR Generalist with preparation and issuing of employment contracts across the EMEA region
  • Support HR Business Partners and managers in the administration of all terms and conditions changes, including but not limited to: ensuring relevant paperwork is authorized, liaising with payroll on changes, starters and leavers processes
  • Liaison with 3rd party service providers with administrative relocation tasks
  • Assist other People Operations staff with special projects on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar HR Administrator role at a company that has seen rapid growth and continues to evolve
  • HR degree/qualification is a plus or the necessary skills and up to date knowledge obtained through experience
  • Knowledge and experience with European employment and labor laws
  • Ability to conduct business in English & German, other European language skills are a plus
  • Experience administering Payroll
  • Ability to stay focused, manage competing priorities, and multi-task a high volume of workload
  • Disciplined, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Highly organized and ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage workload
  • Team-player, positive attitude, and eager to do more and help out
  • Passion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving up
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Communication and collaboration skills and able to build relationships across all levels of the business in a global operating environment
  • Demonstrate good judgement, act with integrity, credibility and professionalism
  • Competent systems user, including HRIS and ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
