As HR Coordinator within Nespresso HQ, you will provide support to the HR Business Partners, line managers and employees with all aspects of the people and HR Cycle agenda. Moreover, you will act as the spoke person in the field of HR Processes.

A Day in the Life of an HR Coordinator
  • Manage the different administrative processes related to People Life Cycle and support HRBP in day-to-day activities
  • Coordination and follow-up with Employee Services (ES), Global Mobility and Recruitment Team on all HR administrative activities (contracts, time management, promotions transfers, certificates, retirement, long term leaves, maternity leaves, end of contracts, etc.)
  • Support HR Business Partners with preparation of key HR processes, including Performance Management, Talent Management, Total Rewards
  • Stand as the Data Quality champion; lead reporting and consolidation of KPIs
  • Act as SPOC to HR ES Employee Services, supporting the flawless delivery of HR activities
  • Ensure effective HR transactional support to line managers and employees
  • Participate to HR processes standardization & optimization activities with the team, improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of HR activities
  • Support planning and organizing of HR Nespresso HQ related initiatives and communication
  • Support the HRBP Team in various projects
  • Manage and coordinate the full Nespresso HQ onboarding program for newcomers

What Will Make You Successful
  • Experience as HR coordinator or relevant Human Resources / HR Administrative or Centre of Competence of expertise position
  • Experience working in a large, matrix organization
  • Good command of HR systems and tools (SF, Excel, PowerBI etc.)
  • Self-directed in projects, tasks and learning with can-do attitude
  • Good communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Courage to constructively challenge and eagerness to learn
  • Professional fluency in English & French
