  • You lead the Swiss HR team (HR Business Partners, Payroll and Assistants) and operations from an operative and strategic perspective
  • You ensure HR processes and policies are implemented and applied
  • You ensure governance with Swiss employment laws and regulations
  • You ensure local collaboration with the employee representative body (ANV)
  • You represent HR as a strategic Business Partner in your assigned global Functional Units
  • You represent your Functional Units and Switzerland in the HR community and Leadership Team
  • You orchestrate the roll out of the newly launched company culture
Your Experiences
  • 5+ years’ experience as HR Business Partner or HR Director in an international matrix organization with proven leadership record
  • Sound knowledge of Swiss employee relations and bodies, operational HR process management, Swiss Social Security and Pension fund systems, and Swiss labour law
  • Proven experience with cultural changes and culture development
  • Excellent communication and diplomatic skills combined with the ability to think along both system and process lines
  • Sound emotional intelligence, solution-oriented, pragmatic and optimistic mindset and resilience to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in German and English; any other language is a plus
