Your roleActing as a functional expert within the Financial Planning & Analysis team, and contributing to all matters relating to

Your teamCorporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.You will join the Group Financial Planning & Analysis unit, which focuses on the areas of personnel cost management and budgeting across our global organisation. You will ensure that the Group’s senior management and its business lines have complete transparency with and understanding of their personnel cost base. You will therefore need to master the management and financial accounting procedures related to personnel costs, understand their underlying drivers and anticipate their development.

financial budgeting /control of charges related to the Group’s human capital, with the goal of achieving a full cost breakdown for specific positions and staff members;coordinating, monitoring and, where appropriate, challenging business-line specific HR costs in tandem with BL-specific finance specialists, HR compensation specialists and HR business partners;the Group’s annual HR budgeting and quarterly rolling forecast processes;Group entities’ quarterly accrual process for variable compensation;analysis of evolution of the cost base and its drivers and issuing recommendations on how to manage it in accordance with Group objectives and priorities.Collaborating with the HR Department on cross-functional processes and topics; as such, you will be required to understand and proactively manage the issues of both functions, come up with recommendations to address these and align key stakeholders on solutions.Ensuring consistency in the figures and messages communicated by Finance and HR teams to our business lines, as well as understanding potential gaps and being able to report these.Your profileMaster’s degree in Finance or a qualification considered equivalent; accounting and management accounting skills would be a plus.Experience in an HR finance role with an international company (experience in the financial industry would be a plus). Relevant experience in planning, budgeting and tracking personnel costs.Exceptional level of personal integrity and sense of confidentiality and discretion.Outstanding analytical skills and ability to collect, manipulate, analyse and reconcile large volumes of data and reports (experience with data analytics a plus).Strong track record in managing interactions and reaching a positive business outcome with stakeholders from Finance, HR and business lines.Technical affinity with operational excellence in the area of HR financial insights; knowledge of SAP/SAP BCP and/or Anaplan would be a strong asset.Fluency in French and English; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present views and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
