This is a great opportunity to work for a dynamic, high-growth, FinTech specialized in digital assets infrastructure and blockchain technology. Taurus SA is a FINMA-regulated securities firm operating the first independent digital-asset marketplace both for crypto-currencies and tokenized assets/securities, and is looking for an organized and very dynamic quantitative finance analyst, expert in market-making, and familiar with digital assets and regulated environments. Tasks

You will be an HR generalist supporting senior executives and team leaders for the management of human resources of the Company.

Some of the key areas of responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement the HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process: prepare and post job descriptions, manage relationship with recruiters and headhunters (if applicable), organize and conduct interviews
  • Manage employees’ onboarding and life cycle
  • Manage the performance appraisal and target setting process
  • Manage payroll, benefit & incentive programs. Ensure competitiveness w.r.t to peers
  • Manage and optimize the HR insurance portfolio
  • Manage the talent development program
  • Advise employees on HR matters
  • Support the management for the organization of corporate events
  • Nurture a positive and growth mindset culture
  • Manage HR files and documents; ensure proper audit trail
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Participate to ad-hoc projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent combined with an HR certificate (e.g. Brevet Fédéral en Ressources Humaines)
  • Min. 5 years of experience as HR manager, ideally in finance, IT and startups
  • Proven "generalist" experience in all main areas of human resource management (not only payroll)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Regular travels between the Geneva and Lausanne offices
  • Ability to manage difficult and/or sensitive situations, sense of confidentiality
  • Autonomous, very dynamic, result-oriented, hands-on, quick learner
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Proven knowledge of Swiss labor law, Swiss pension and insurance system and HR best practices, good knowledge of international labor law and system
  • Fluent in English and in French. German a plus
