Job Description
  • Recruit and manage autonomously the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for new hires and leavers
  • Be the first point of contact, advise and support employees and Managers on any HR matters
  • Manage the temporary workers, in coordination with the staffing agencies
  • Support Managers during the annual processes (goal setting, performance and mid-year reviews, salary reviews, succession planning, etc)
  • Manage diverse HR administration matters (work certificate, general correspondence, work permits, follow-up on illness and accident, etc.)
  • Manage the apprentice’s program
  • Drive, manage and develop specific HR projects and initiatives
The Successful Applicant
  • Fluent in German and English + good level of French
  • Previous professional experience in HR (2-4 years), ideally in an international matrix organization
  • Knowledge of Swiss labor law and key HR processes. A HR certification is a plus.
  • At ease with IT tools
  • Positive mindset with a proactive and hands-on attitude
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
