Job: HR Generalist

Our client a well know company is looking to reinforce his term with a HR Specialist.


You will:

  • You will be a responsible for HR administrative processes, as well as ensuring delivery of HR services in matters relating to payroll, associate’s arrival, career life cycle & departure
  • Manage all associate’s HR tasks related such as contracts, work permit request, family allowances, benefits, accident, sicknesses declarations, pension fund tax authorities, reference letter
  • Play a key role in preparing the payroll accurately, review payslips and liaise with our external partner for execution
  • Be a point of contact for the needs and requests of associates working on-site and remotely
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel records and other sensitive information


Profile:

  • CFC or Bachelor’s or Master Degree
  • Previous professional work experience in the Human Resources function at this role
  • Strong Knowledge of Swiss labour law and local HR processes
  • Proven experience in payrolling
  • Fluent in French and English
