For our client, an international company working in the life science area based in the canton of Fribourg , we are looking for an HR Generalist.
Yourresponsibilities in your future company
  • You take care of more than 150 employees: you inform, advise and help them on all HR questions
  • You are in charge of the hire process for varied profiles
  • You handle with temporary workers in collaboration with the staffing agencies
  • You take care of the on-boarding and off-boarding process for newcomers and leavers
  • You support managers during the annual process (setting goals, reviewing performance and salaries, planning of succession)
  • You are responsible of the communication process for Switzerland: you can propose improvements in concept/content and write texts in French, German and English
  • You handle some HR administration matters (work certificate, general correspondance, work permits, follow-up on illness and accident, etc.)
  • You are in charge of the 8 apprentice’s program (commercial and logistic), for hiring, onboarding, coaching, administrative follow-up, contact for internal trainers
  • You drive, manage and develop specific HR projects and initiatives

Your skills
  • You speak German and English fluently. English is the main language within the compagny. French is an asset.
  • You already have an experience in HR (between 2 and 4 years), ideally in an international company
  • You have a good knowledge of the Swiss labor law and key HR processes. An advantage would be a HR certification.
  • You are used to work with IT tools
  • You are a positive, proactive and hands-on person
  • You are at ease when it comes to communicate and collaborate with others
