In this role, you will contribute to Takeda’s mission by having the ability to lead effectively and work concurrently across multiple projects in a goal-oriented, timeline-driven, and dynamic work environment, while ensuring quality and accuracy. A typical day will include:

The Swiss HR team is looking for an intern (6 months) who will support us implementing our change agenda. In this role you can profit from an attractive remuneration and contribute by exercising the following exciting tasks and activities:

  • Working on developing presentations and visual materials
  • Preparation of a variety of workshop to increase awareness including stakeholder management
  • Supporting on the preparation and planning of meetings and presentations for various stakeholder
  • Supporting on the development of the planning of the learning and developing initiatives for employees
  • Developing reports and updates about projects
  • Organization and planning of events
  • Support development of communications relevant to change initiatives
  • Evaluating employee surveys incl. results analysis
  • Project management support and involvement in day-to-day business

Your Profile

You are majoring in HR, Psychology, Strategy, Communication, Marketing, Law or Business, a comparable degree program or situated in the gap year. Furthermore, you fulfil the following skills and qualifications:

  • Project management and planning skills
  • Able to cope under pressure
  • Good listening and analytical skills
  • Excellent skills in PPT and Excel
  • Team player and able to communicate with others
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinker
  • Fluent knowledge of English
