Campari Group is looking for an HR Manager for both Campari SwitzerlandandCampari Austria.


The role based in Zug, reports hierarchically to the Managing Director Switzerland and functionally to the Managing Director Austria and Exports CE. The company’s turnover is 45m euro for Austria, with a team of 26 people and 36m euro for Switzerland with a team of 34 people.


Mission


As part of the Swiss and Austria Lead teams, the HR Manager leads the People agenda based the global HR strategy and the local business needs.


The role is focused on growing and attracting strong talents, developing critical capabilities while enhancing the organization, to enable Campari’s future growth. The role has an end-to-end responsibility for all people-related and cultural matters and combines a strategic mindset with hands-on approach and collaborates closely with the Regional Talent, Learning and Reward Heads.

The role requires availability to travel.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build the People agenda aligned with global HR Strategy and local business needs
  • Act as trusted advisor for the leadership team on people and organization
  • Conduct organizational assessments, develop business-oriented solutions and the related change management support
  • Supports all Camparista’s growth and development
  • Build plans to strengthen leadership and business capabilities
  • Foster engagement, leveraging on our culture and value and develops the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion plans

HR Processes


  • Drive the Perfomance Management process
  • Talent Management: manage talent pools, succession planning, support people development, act as advisor for job rotations in strong collaboration with line managers and Regional Talent
  • Manage talent acquisitionin tight collaboration with the Regional Talent Acquisition team
  • Learning:collaborate and co-create Learning plans with Regional Learning Partner and advice people managers on learning and development initiatives
  • Build Employee Engagement plansbased on People Survey results
  • Reward: lead local Salary Review process and advice on compensation/benefits package definition for promotion/ moves liasing with Regional Reward
  • Budget and forecast planning
  • HR Admistration:
    • Perform Payroll and Administration tasks with the support of an external provider
    • Manage pension plan and insurances management with the support of an external broker
    • Support the compliance to internal HRIS data management and data integrity

Experience & Education


  • Min. 7 years of proven HR experience ideally in FMCG companies
  • A solid HRBP experience is a must, as well as an international experience (study or work)
  • Successful experience in working in a matrix organization
  • Master’s degree in economics / psychology / human resource management…
  • Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles and practices of HR, including local employment law and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to effectively coach line manager through complex and difficult issues
