We are currently looking for an HR Manager(f/m/d) for our Swiss Sales organization in the Basel area reporting to the HR Manager European Headquarters and Switzerland.

As the HR Manager (f/m/d), you will manage the delivery of our HR services and be responsible for partnering with our internal stakeholders, providing them with your expertise and counsel, to help them achieve their people strategy. What You Will Do
  • Counsel, support and coach employees, line managers and management team at all management levels
  • Be responsible for the implementation of all HR core processes as well as further developing and improving them
  • Have close collaboration with our external payroll provider to ensure that the payroll inputs have correctly been processed
  • Manage the full HR lifecycle, including HR administration (on/offboarding, promotions, lateral moves..), talent management processes (talent assessment, performance management..) and compensation cycle
  • Drive an efficient and effective end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Execute effective local Talent initiatives in line with the global Ecolab People Plan to attract, identify, develop and retain the right employees and to maintain a powerful talent pipeline in the Swiss organization
  • Be responsible for employee relations and ensure full compliance with applicable employment legislations.
Your Profile
  • Demonstrated experience in a Senior HR Generalist role
  • Degree or Certificate in HR field is a significant advantage
  • In depth knowledge of Swiss Labor Law
  • Fluency in German and English is a must
  • Fluency in French is preferred
  • High verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Well organized, structured, highly autonomous and capable to deal with ambiguity
  • Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
